BOUNCINN KVKK PRIVACY NOTICE

1. Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Bouncinn Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Bouncinn”) in its capacity as the data controller.

2. Concept of Processing Personal Data

Under KVKK, “processing of personal data” refers to operations such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automated means or non-automated means provided that it is part of a data recording system.

3. Processed Personal Data

Identity and contact information (name, surname, e-mail, telephone), user and profile information, location and event data, behavioral data, and technical data (IP, device information) are processed.

4. Purposes of Processing

Data is processed for the purposes of creating user accounts, providing matching services, improving user experience, conducting marketing activities, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with business partners, service providers, and authorized public institutions in accordance with KVKK.

6. Data Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Data is collected through the mobile application, web platform, and automated systems. Processing activities are based on explicit consent, contracts, legal obligations, and legitimate interest.

7. Data Retention and Destruction

Your personal data is stored for the necessary period and is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized at the end of this period.

8. Your Rights

Within the scope of KVKK, you have rights such as learning whether your data is being processed, requesting correction, deletion, and compensation for damages.
